via the web or online (Online Learning), via computer networks, CD or DVD, mobile phones and other electronic and mobile technologies. E-Learning helps expand the student\u2019s convenience and access to learning materials, to other students working online and to the course facilitators \/ lecturers. Via e-Learning, a student will gain skills that are required in increasingly technology-oriented workspaces and job markets.\u00a0 At Lira University, the Institute of Open, Distance and eLearning (IODEL) is mandated with the operationalization of Open, Distance and eLearning.<\/p><h3><strong>Lira University E-Learning Environment &#8211; thebee<\/strong><\/h3><p>The University has a Learning Management System called thebee.
