This involues Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, servers), Manage network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi – eduroam, internet connectivity) Systems Administration & Support. This involues managing institutional systems (e.g., student management systems like AIMS), Maintain servers, databases, and applications, perform system updates, patches, and upgrades and provide user account management (creation, access control, permissions) User support and Help desk services.
